I purchased 2 , $10 gift cards at the Braums in Burleson Tx. On April 14, for my elderly Aunt's birthday. When she tried to use them she was told one of them had no balance on it. She gave them the receipts that came with the cards only to be told to contact customer service. I took the card back to the store and was told the same thing. I called customer service 2 times and could only leave my name and number. I still have heard nothing from anyone from Braums. Not good customer service.
